1. Consequently (その結果..)

We had plans to go to Okinawa. Consequently, we had to cancel our trip because of the typhoon. 

(私たちは沖縄に行く予定がありました。 その結果、台風のため私たちは旅行をキャンセルしなければなりませんでした。)

2. Nevertheless (それにもかかわらず,)

     There was a typhoon going to Okinawa. Nevertheless, we had to cancel our trip.
