Aspirations (大望 )(noun): Strong desires or ambitions; things one hopes to achieve in the future.
Goals(目標 ) (noun): Objectives or targets one aims to reach through effort and planning.
Retirement(引退) (noun): The period of one's life after leaving one's job and ceasing to work, typically due to age
Plan(計画) (verb/noun): To formulate a method for accomplishing a goal; a detailed proposal outlining actions to be taken.
Success(成功) (noun): The accomplishment of an aim or purpose; the attainment of fame, wealth, or social status.
Challenges(課題) (noun): Difficulties or obstacles that one may encounter in the pursuit of a goal.
